Art as Meditation Movement with Ellen Kennedy ~Sacred Dance~ Los Cuatro Elementos Sound with Sarah Vulgamore ~ Julian Chants Image/Word with Christopher Volpe ~ Four Paths Suite, I Am Exercise This art-as-meditation exercise with Christopher's painting will allow participants to go deeper into contemplation of the four paths of Creation Spirituality via the “I am” writing prompt. The purpose of this meditation is self-discovery, an invitation to each participant to deepen his or her personal relationship with a chosen Path through creative activity.
